Simon Rigby MBE
After a managerial career with Yorkshire Electricity, Simon led the management buyout of the buildings and grounds maintenance services from Yorkshire Electricity to form Spice Plc. As CEO Simon took Spice Plc from 12 employees in 1996, to £400m turnover, 4500 employees and the FTSE 250 in 2008. Spice was purchased by Cinven in 2010 for £450 million.

Asif has an academic background in Environmental Management/Engineering. In 2004 Asif moved into the Environmental Consultancy sector, working for Scientifics Limited as the National Account Manager, Asif managed Scientifics’ core business in the rail sector.
Asif joined a large energy consultancy in 2007 and specialised in Utility Consultancy and Energy Procurement solutions. Here, Asif contributed significantly to business development and growth. Asif was appointed Managing Director of LGE in 2011; he now has responsibility for the P&L and general management of LGE Group.
Louise is a qualified HR professional and has a long background in leadership, management, training and HR for sales and customer service. She has worked in banking, media trading and energy sectors. Before joining the founding team of Guild energy Louise spent several years working for one of Europe’s largest energy brokers, where she held a key role within recruitment, training and management.
Group Sales Manager
Adam has worked within the energy industry for many years and has worked his way up from front line sales to Regional Sales Manager at Guild Energy. He has experience of working with energy procurement, sales and account management, along with developing partner relationships. In addition, he has taken Guild Energy from one to three sites across the UK along with a thriving fields sales team. Adam is the energy behind Guild Energy, always strives to be the best, maintaining standards and raising the bar taking Guild Energy forward
